Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Unless stated otherwise, orders will ship the following business day. 

Orders for pickup are processed Monday - Friday and will be ready for pickup the following business day. Business office is open Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Orders may also be picked up on Sunday during our "tour hours". 

During the winter months, if weather conditions are such that driving becomes hazardous, we will close the houses. If the weather is questionable please phone (817) 332-5875 to confirm we are open.
